I often get question about leaving the hurting DM in chaser-energy in my inbox, so I will reply here. You all are soooo beautiful souls, I understand why this question is of importance 
Look, everything here in 3D is about learning lessons, right? In 5D we are just enjoying this transformational journey. Everything in this last lifetime is predetermined. The end game of this journey is to get lessons and knowledge so that we, the 144K, can be angelic here on earth to raise the vibration AND to be prepared for us becoming ascended masters. This is why we are learning rapidly about that hurt is only a 3D-concept, that dualities (like evil-good, narcissist-empath, darkness-light, archangel Michael – Lucifer, yin-yang, DM-DF, 3D-5D) are needed and very important for the souls to have their lessons.
The biggest miracle of the twin flames is the mirroring. And this is also valid for the phases in this journey. Both TFs need to be almost equally long in each phase to spiritually awaken and shred their ego. The DFs transformed the most while chasing, this will also apply to the DMs.
Now comes the important part; DFs; remember how much you transformed while left alone. See how much empowered you became by taking the steps all alone from hell and up. This is no coincidence. You are the 144K, the chosen ones to spread your light with love and laughter without judgement.
You are much stronger than you thought you were. Remember the devastated tears and the awful heartbreaks day after day, night after night. Remember you lying on the floor and crying your heart out like never before. My dears, you managed it all by yourself. You are THAT powerful. And Universe made you go through this all alone, because you needed to experience and see your own worth, so that your self-love increased. And this was just a part in this game. You and your TF decided this before coming down here. This is also why your TF sent and still are sending you lots of syncs from 5D. He/she is cheering on you and telling you that you will make it. It’s not a matter of if, but a matter of when. The powers that are within all the healed TFs are extreme. This is why we are protected by angels and guides. Let me tell you; you are the real UN of the earth. You are the real X-men of the planet Tellus. You will make a huge difference in this world.
Do you now see how important it was for you to go through this alone? Just to remove every ounce of doubt in your mind about you being able to take on every, single challenge of any difficulty on you own, my dear sisters and brothers . Please appreciate your value. You are more worth for this planet than 1000 Angelina Jolies and 1000 Brad Pitts combined. THIS is you after getting empowered!
Now, remember how important the mirroring is. This is why we are meant to leave the DMs alone. As we had lack of self-love, they also need to build up this on their own. Everything is about learning their lessons and transformation. So when they go through their awakening, send them love from afar. Let them take their own steps back from hell. This WILL empower them as it did us. They will see and acknowledge their own healing by their own hands in due time. They are equally strong as the DFs, but they need to experience this themselves.
It is like your kid falling down a small hole; if you, every time, hand him a rope to help him up, he won’t learn to climb out himself. How do you think he will manage if you are not there? Exactly. Forget the rope. Instead make him learn to get out by himself. Cheer on him, send him love and support by removing yourself from the equation. Then see the power he has in himself.
The same applies for our DMs. The have their lessons (through karma and soulcontracts) to manage…. all by themselves. Trust me in this. The TFs are guarded by angels. They will make it, even if it makes them cry their a**es off. The difference is that now they’ll have our 5Ds cheering on them and also our 3D-avatars with 5D-consciousness … haha. Because the intention is not to hurt them, but to transform them to the powerhouses they always were meant to be next to us.
Vibe high, my dears. We, both the DFs and the DMs, will make it and in the future brighten up the earth in a way never seen for a long time.
