From a bigger perspective, those triggering you are your masters. They are teaching you to protect your inner-child and your high vibration, because we will be the masters and influencers of high vibration. This is part of our divine missions so that we can help the earth ascend.
This is why many TFs are giving breadcrumbs, not seeing your worth, not fighting for your relationship, cheating on you, making you feel less, being afraid to go after you, not letting go of their current situations etc. Not necessarily from a conscious state, but through the soulcontract between you and their guidance from their higher-selves. This is also connected to pastlife- and current life karma as well.
They are doing so for you to grow. Their 5D loves you so much that they are willing to play this 3D-role now to make you grow to the emperor/empress you always were meant to. This is also valid for other soulmates and karmics as well. They all are our gurus.

Let me tell you; when we learn how to protect our high vibration, then we are at our very best. The TFs aura is huge and affects their surroundings very much. This can be seen in the local weather at times, the people around you, the place you live etc. This is why we are placed around the globe strategically. So the more we vibrate high, the more high vibration we share with our surroundings. The more we vibrate low, the more low vibrational our surroundings become.
This is why it is VERY IMPORTANT to understand our role in the oneness and try to be good role models for high vibration. Share love, light and laughter but not in a way on behalf of others. It’s not unconditional love to all when someone innocent is hurt. The intention always matter.
We all have done things in the past we can’t undo but learn from. However, the bigger picture is to use our enlightened perspective of oneness to help create the new high vibrational earth in the now. It starts with us ❤️.
